Not likely, I'd say. At the very least you'd better have a really good reason. The school has almost certainly filled your spot already, so the only way you'd be able to get in now (after you've already rejected them once that is) is if someone else is pulled off a waitlist and withdraws.

I wouldn?t count on it. Someone on the waitlist is very happy already. 🙁
