Can someone confirm if this is right?

Just want to make sure I have all the conventions correct.

The arrows are direction of electrical field within those plates, right? If that's the case, that is correct.....imo

Yeah that's right, always from + to - charges for E-fields.

Ask yourself: "Where does a + charge want to go?" The arrows point in that direction.
