From October 17th to 27th, I will be travelling with two non-profit organizations to Guatemala and hold a MSK clinic. In past years, the team consisted of orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists and prosthetists/orthotists. This year will be the first time to include physiatrists (myself and a colleague). We expect to see approximately 50 MSK patients per day for 8 days.
I've attempted to obtain medical supply donations locally, but with limited success. And so...I post.
Here's a list of anticipated supplies:

- 20 vials of Kenalog 10mg/ml (5ml)
- 100 vials of Kenalog 40mg/ml (1ml) or 20 vials of the 5ml vials
- 50 vials of Methylprednisolone 40mg/ml (1ml)
- 20 bottles of Lidocaine 1% (50cc)
- 20 bottles of Bupivacaine 0.25% (50cc)
- Syringes:
- 100 1cc TB with needle
- 300 6cc
- 160 12 cc
- 100 20 cc
- Needles
- 200 of each
- 27G, 25G, 20G. (1.5)
- 22G spinal needle (3.5)
- 200 of each
- 5 bottles of ethyl chloride (3.5 fl oz. medium jet spray)
