One thing which hits me during clinicals is when the attending asks about drug recommendations and I have to keep pulling up epocrates to look up doses, etc. Are there any charts or flashcards or anything out there which has all the commonly used drugs with doses, route, basic info, etc which can be studied before going into Clinicals?

I feel like doses and such are the kinds of things you learn after looking it up repeatedly. You can always make your own flash cards for each new drug you come across, but I'm not sure it's worth it to put in the effort. My attendings usually only cared whether or not I knew the right drugs to use (and to some extent, the route of administration) but never asked me about detailed dosing information.
