I cannot take credit for this. A friend of friend came up with this. It started with asking chat GPT to come up with a poem about Charcot....
Charcot foot, a condition so rare,
That affects the bones and causes a scare.
It's caused by nerve damage, loss of feeling,
Making the bones weak, leading to healing.
The bones break down, and joints start to shift,
The foot becomes misshapen, causing a rift.
In the normal functioning of the body's design,
But with Charcot, balance and gait are declined.
The treatment for Charcot, is a long road ahead,
With care and support, healing can be led.
Wearing braces and casts to keep the foot still,
To prevent further damage and promote healing until.
Physical therapy and weight management too,
Are crucial for recovery, for the patient to pull through.
Surgery may be needed, in severe cases,
To realign the bones, and fuse joint spaces.
Then they asked it to create a poem about an associate being screwed by an owner. **** Got real.
A young podiatrist, with a heart full of care,
And a passion for healing, beyond compare.
But it seems his dreams, are slowly slipping away,
As he works in a private practice, each and every day.
He feels like he's getting ripped off, and it's such a shame,
For a doctor who works, with dedication and fame.
But the pay is low, and the hours are long,
And it seems his efforts, are all for the wrong.
He's an associate, in a practice he thought,
Would provide him the chance, to help others and grow.
But instead, he's taken advantage of, and left in the cold,
With a sense of disillusionment, that he's been told.
But he knows that he's not alone, and he's not the only one,
In a world of private practice, that's not always fun.
And he's determined to fight, for what he knows is right,
And make a change, for the better, in his life and sight.
So let's give a voice, to the podiatrist we see,
And stand with him, in his quest to be free.
From the shackles of private practice, that rips him off so bad,
And let's work together, to make things right and glad.
