Has anyone heard about interviews for Chatham this cycle? I applied back in August with OTCAS and never received confirmation of my application or anything. I emailed someone today, just curious if anyone out there has heard. The first interview date is supposed to be November 21st according to their website.

I know that this doesn't necessarily answer your question about this cycle, but I am a current first year student at Chatham. Last summer, I was verified in August and was notified with an application status update (just a sort of "we've done an initial review, we'll let you know if you're invited for an interview" email) in mid-October. A few days later, I received an interview invite for the November 15 interview date. I don't get on SDN much anymore, but I'll get an email notification for any private messages to my account on here, so feel free to send me a message if you have any questions about the program and such.

Hey! When I emailed them about a week ago, they said they were starting to review applications now and to stay tuned later this month for interview invitations. So hopefully we hear something soon !
Not sure, I submitted in August and still haven't heard anything. So there could be a chance they will review yours along with the others.

I had honestly given up hope that I even had a chance of making that deadline since I submitted so late, but the verification gods are looking out for me, so i'll just have to hope the rest of my application process goes the same lol!
There could be a small chance that they meant you must have submitted your application in early October as opposed to being verified in early October. Even if they meant verified, I think you should be fine. I submitted mine October 3rd, so I don't think that I will make the cut.
I spoke with the folks at Chatham and it sounds like as long as you had your application submitted by 10/1 you should be considered for the November interview. I would think you should probably be good with your submission on 10/3. OTCAS seems to be moving faster with their verification process lately so that should help too.

This is great news, thank you! I hope to see you all there! I just got my first invite for an interview at Belmont University this morning and am now freaking out about all of them. Lol, this process is nuts!

The wait is killing me! I called last week and they said they want to give as much notice as possible but it will probably only be 2 or 3 weeks notice. I don't know about you, but 2 weeks doesn't seem like enough time! I'm guessing/hoping we hear back this week or early next week.

Has anybody else heard if they get/do not get to interview? I called about two weeks ago and they said that they would e-mail "within the next week or so" if I receive an invitation to interview. Does that mean that they will only e-mail us if we get an interview?
I really don't want to call them because their e-mail specifically said "we appreciate your patience during this busy time" so I don't want to be annoying! But I am scheduled to take the GRE again on November 20th, and if I get the interview at Chatham I might need to reschedule that GRE!
Hey everybody. I got in touch with Chatham and was told they are sending out "final round of invites early next week". They also mentioned that you can be invited up to the last minute if people cancel. Hope this helps. Hang in there!

Would you mind sharing your stats? I'm concerned now. I got an email last week saying they haven't received my GRE scores and couldn't offer an invite until my application was "complete" but according to my GRE account they should have them by now. 🙁 I was thinking it was too late for more interview invites.

How long ago did you send your GRE scores? It took some of my schools weeks to receive them and process them. I would allow for a month. If it's been longer I would probably talk to the school/send again.
I sent them on October 29th (when I re-took them). Didn't realize they would take almost a month to get there. I think I will call them today to double check. Thanks for your input. Ughh stupid GRE. I also emailed them weeks before they sent out interview invites to see if it would affect my chances of receiving an interview if they didn't have them right away and they didn't say it would. I feel most schools let you send documents later on, as long as they have them before you would be accepted.

That's extremely short notice but awesome if you're able to make it! I didn't think they were actually serious about filling up all of their slots with students from the first interview. Any idea how many people were invited? That gives us pretty good odds!
