In the table it doesn't list chronic kidney disease as a CHD equivalent but in the explanation below it does. Which is it? Thanks to all for your help.
Yes it is according to UpToDate although I don't remember reading it in any of the review books nor ATP guidelines so far for the purposes of calculating risks/risk factors.
