Anyone know which dental schools are the cheapest to attend for out of state students?

Off the top of my head, I know the three Texas schools have to be near the top of that list for state residents. And to my knowledge, they are pretty cheap for out of state residents as well.

Stony Brook Out of state tuition is close to UCLA's instate tuition....
You can get instate status after 1 year... i think....
BTW Stony Brook's in state tuition is around 16k
Plus the instituion is AMAZING!! Good luck getting in there though as an out of state

at UNLV, you dont get residency until you've lived there 1 year.. so you pay out of state tuition the 1st year.. after that you pay in-state..

........unless your spouse works in any government job, ie school teacher. In that case you get instant residency.

The problem with predents is that site doesn't take residency into account. Some schools/states offer residency immediately and some offer residency after one year. So UNLV is not the most expensive school out there for that very reason.

The other thing that this site doesn't take into account is this: At UNLV you only pay tuition. Included in that tuition all of your books (on vitalsource) and you pay no other fees.

At most other schools you have to add fees and books into the equation.
