Should I put volunteering at a dental clinic under clinical volunteer experience? If not where should it go under

Well, it's clinical experience, and you volunteered, so... I'd say yes. Just because it's dentistry doesn't mean you didn't work with patients. However you might be asked the question, "why not dentistry?" You should have a good answer ready to go.
