If a salt is dissolved in a solution that contains one of its ions
14%A:
It will be more soluble than when dissolved in pure water
8%B: [Yours]
It will precipitate
1%C:
It will not reach equilibrium
72%D: [Correct]
It will be less soluble than when dissolved in pure water
5%E:
It will reach equilibrium faster.

difference btwn solubility and ksp? is solubility just the amount that will dissolve?

also what/where is a good source to find information on lab question techniques and random stuff like that for the gchem section. also are sugars tested on the orgo section?

thanks!

It's less soluble BECAUSE of Ksp.

Ksp cannot change due to anything except temperature.

However, solubility refers to the solubility of each individual substance, which will decrease with increasing concentration.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, I'm a little fuzzy with this info.
