Is the reaction at EQ if
1. G = 0
2. change in S = 0

wiki says 1
kaplan practice tests says 2 (GC subject test 5 # 24)

which one is right?

i think kaplan is wrong. at eq, entropy should increase like universe does. I think i learned this in thermo engineering class.

Actually, Kaplan is the one who is right.
At equilibrium , Delta S of the universe is zero [You have the maximum entropy of universe at equil, and it can't get bigger]. delta G is zero at equilibrium too, but not G. G certainly has a value and is not zero.
Remember, the CHANGE in S, and the CHANGE in G are zero at equil. Choice one would be correct if it was delta G = zero, not G = 0.
I hope this helps.
