Hey everybody!
So I am a junior in college and I am planning to take my DAT this summer. My question is, on the chem section of the DAT, is it just General Chemistry 1, Orgo 1 and Orgo 2? Like is General Chemistry 2 on there as well? and also, do you recommend me taking Anatomy and Physiology or just use Detroyer/ Bootcamp and self study it?

Chem 1 &2 , Orgo 1&2... Use Destroyer for practice problems and Bootcamp for test taking and getting the timing down. The DAT does not have Anatomy or Physiology; everything you need will be in Cliff's Notes Biology and Feralis notes.

Taking physiology was helpful for me, but it is not necessary. Everything you need to know will be in destroyer, bootcamp, and feralis' notes. That being said, if physiology is a class that will use up a requirement for your degree, I think it is a good one to take prior to the DAT. As for chemistry, it is possible to get questions on chem 2 topics.

So I would take Chem 1 &2 and O Chem 1 & 2. I took all of them except Chem 2 and still did okay on the gen chem section (19) but would have done better with the class. Also take Anatomy and Physiology before if possible. It will definitely help. Good luck!

Taking Gchem 1/2, Ochem 1/2, and your introductory Bio courses should be sufficient to do well on the SNS section. I didn't take anatomy and physiology, but instead just reviewed Cliffs, Bootcamp, and Destroyer and did fine. It is definitely possible for you to do well without taking the higher level Bio courses as long as you fill in any gaps with a DAT content review resource.
