Chemistry in summer

Hey everybody,
This question might have been answered previously but I did not find it so I'm starting a new thread.
What do you all think of Gen Chem I and II during summers I and II? I have to finish Gen Chem I and II, Organic I and II and English, preferbaly by next summer. Yeah, I'm a non-traditional applicant going the do-it-yourself route.
Also, I would like to know if anyone out there has any idea/information/suggestions about the University of Memphis because that's where I will be taking my prereqs.

I actually took orgo I and II in the summer. I also took G-chem II in the summer (the summer b4 orgo summer). Just make sure you get A's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be doing the Gen Chem I & II in summer 2006 before going hardcore in the do-it-yourself mode at Portland State University. Looks like I may be in the area for the last Spring term as well...may do a couple general courses like psych and what not before the summer term. So much planning! Gah!

I took Orgo II over the summer (after taking Orgo I the spring before). It's do-able, just don't plan to do *anything* else while you're taking them because it will be really intense.
