Physical Chemistry considered an inorganic chem- right?

Physical Chemistry considered an inorganic chem- right?

Nope.
Physical Chemistry is Physical Chemistry = Physics + Calculus + Chemistry
PChem is its own division.

A lot of pre-reqs say 1 year of Inorganic chemistry, what this requirement really means is 1 year of Gen Chem.

pchem is composed of math and chem. may consider as upper level of chem.🙂

I went to the University of Michigan for undergrad and they only offer 1 semester of general (inorganic) chemistry. The other inorganics are for chemistry and biochem majors. I know some schools split it up into gen chem 1 and 2. Any advice?

The two semester requirement looks like you'll need to take P-chem. You should call a d-school and see if they'll let you take biochem instead. P-chem is chemistry for the mathematically inclined and mostly useless in healh sciences.
