We are moving to Atlanta next year from Chicago and would like some general comparisons on different neighborhoods. We presently live in Lincoln park in Chicago and want to know comparable areas in Atlanta (if any). We are familiar with Chicago neighborhoods like Wicker Park, Bucktown, Streeterville, Lakeview, etc. so if someone can chime in that would be great.

I also live in Chicago and may be moving to D.C. (for med school)
