If anyone is in the Chicago area thinking about an aide job, my clinic is looking to replace me and a few others as we head off to school. The clinic sees a diverse population of geriatric, pediatric, sports, post-op, and vestibular patients in an outpatient setting. It’s located in a northern suburb of Chicago. Working here is a great way to get paid observation hours and even a letter of recommendation for PT school. I worked as an aide throughout my gap year between undergrad and PT school and it was an incredible learning experience!
