Pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I don't want to assume anything. If I were to do a child psych fellowship (5 year track), could I have a practice that treats BOTH adults and children. I just want to make sure since you break off part of your 4th year to do child. Thanks. Probably a stupid question.

You will be board-eligible as an adult psychiatrist, and will need to pass the adult boards before you can take the child boards, so yes, you can do both.
