I've never understood how the "not hardworking" pathway leads you to radiology, dermatology, and ophthalmology.

Actually, credit goes to Dr. Boris Veysman, a (now)-EM attending who first published this in BMJ. Dr. Veysman has written extensively on topics relating to end-of-life care and emergency medicine, and he's quite gifted. If you enjoyed this, you might want to check out his other work.
