Choosing between BS/MD programs and colleges

I am trying to decide between BU SMED vs. Drexel/Drexel 7 year program with 120k scholarship total vs. Duke for BME vs. Hopkins for BME vs. Caltech vs. UChicago. I am leaning towards BU but any advice would be greatly appreciated. I come from a fairly competitive and difficult high school so performing well at a regular undergrad school would not be incredibly difficult for me.

Dont overestimate yourself til youve tested the water. Which did you like the most personally when you visited?
