Hey guys,
Just wondering what kind of criteria people are personally using to choose schools. Ignoring GPA/DAT (I know they're important, but they're boring as far as personal criteria go), what factors are primarily going into your "school of choice" choices?
Example questions... would you fork over the extra money to live in NYC during your DSchool career, or do you not mind chilling out somewhere in the boondocks for four years to save up?
Does the name of the school matter?
Do you have some inside info about the school's labs or personnel?
Thanks, just curious. 🙂
EDIT: "live in NYC" can mean anyplace that isn't random suburbs/farmland; I chose NYC since that's where I am now, and I love it.
