No pics of our very traditional American dinner, but as part of our festivities we had 3 bottles of very nice wine a 2005 Opus One, a 2001 Penfold's Grange and for dessert a 2001 Chateau d'Yquem (Sauternes). It was a stellar celebration.

For Christmas eve, we had a regional beer tasting.

My favorite was the Bourbon Barrel Stout on the left although the Chicken Killer Barleywine was pretty good too.
