We are thinking of hiring a new graduate and got a response from someone who did a residency at the Cincinnatii Eye Institute in Cincinnati Ohio. Does anyone know the caliber of the residency etc??

Can't speak to the optometry residency there, but CEI is a massive conglomerate of eye care professionals that handles a lot of tertiary care in the region. I would venture to say that the exposure to clinical pathology there would be excellent.
