Dear Nancy and Dr. Romano,
I wanted to share my incredible experience after completing the DAT. When we spoke last week, Nancy, I was filled with a mix of anticipation and nerves. Today, I'm thrilled to tell you that I achieved a score of 30 TS and 27 AA! The emotions overwhelmed me, and I couldn't hold back my tears as I left the testing center. My first instinct was to call everyone who supported me during my intense month of studying.
Reflecting on my preparation, I can confidently say that going through the DAT Destroyer three times, and revisiting the problems I missed two to three times, played a crucial role in my success. I dedicated myself to studying every day with the Math Destroyer and supplemented my preparation by reading various articles. While I don't consider myself a genius, I committed over 12 hours a day to my studies given that I only had a month to prepare.
The resources and videos from DAT Destroyer were invaluable. Numerous questions on the test felt familiar, almost as if I was revisiting direct content from the destroyer bio, gen chem, and orgo sections. This recognition brought a smile to my face and confidence in my answers.
I am incredibly grateful for these resources and the support from both of you. Feel free to share my story with others. I hope it inspires current and future predental students to use your materials. I've already started encouraging my peers at SIUC to visit your website before they begin their DAT preparations.
Thank you both, from the bottom of my heart.
