For the next cycle, can I trust this document 100% by adding +1 to the year?

My MCAT is from January of 2023. It's a 515, and I'm not really willing to retake the MCAT unless absolutely necessary. Most schools say on their website that it needs to be within 36 months... if that's 36 months from the application, that means the earliest would be June of 2022 if I apply this May, and I'm good to go. If it's 36 months from matriculation, that means the earliest would be August of 2023, and I need to retake the MCAT. Just want to make sure I'm not caught with my pants down next cycle.

Most schools have stated their dates on this document as January of 2022 (so 2023 next year, and I'm good). Just want to make sure that I'm making the right decision by not retaking the MCAT.

I would say you can trust it 99%, the only reason not being 100% being that a school may change their requirement (highly unlikely tho). I applied this year with a May 2022 MCAT and had zero problems (and I used that exact document). Just confirm when the 2026 one comes out

Your MCAT is still good for the 2025-2026 cycle for AMCAS, and some TMDSAS schools will accept a score from within 5 years
