Destroyer bio question...

Which is incorrect?
a. reptiles: ectotherms including lizards, turtles...etc
b. birds and reptiles: share common ancestor
c. crocodile: 3 chamber heart
d. lizard: 3 chamber heart
e. fish ----> amphibian-----> birds: evolutionary relationship

C is incorrect.... OK but that makes E correct....

In another question they ask: Birds most likely are descendants of:
a. amphibians
b. lope-finned fish
c. reptiles
d. mammals
e. none of the above

Answer is C...

Bu if birds are descendants of amphibians (from the first question) then how can they also be descendants of reptiles???

A Real Bad Man... Amphibians --->Reptiles ---> Birds ---> Mammals. And of course fish originated before all of them. (Fish > Amphibians > Reptiles > Birds > Mammals)

It's not stating birds are descendants of amphibians in particular; its just giving a partial evolutionary time table.

I can def see where it can be misleading by leaving out reptiles between amphibians and birds. Hope this explains it.
