Clarification on USMLE Transcript

If I authorized release of my USMLE transcript before 9/14, but don't certify and submit until after 9/14 and the release of my step 2ck score, would it still be just my step 1 score that gets released, or would both?

Just want to check whether it's the authorization part or the certify and submit part that would determine which scores get released.

Whatever is available on the day it is released is what will be released. So if your Step 2 comes back before then, both scores will be released. If not, then only Step 1.
