We use both! The coomassie is just to look for big obvious things with the silver to confirm/look for LPS O-sidechains.👍 This usually goes along with a western, but I'll save that for monday.

Geez, I grew up in a city of 100k and everybody knew each other's business. It was so weird. And yes, Biggest Loser 🙁 I think the new one is in freakin' September! So loooong

yeah lol...my knee doesnt let me...so im just swimming, biking, and lifting like crazy. Im hoping i can get back to a 5K so i can atleast do some sprint tris by july.
 
Well HIMYM kept to the arc of last week, albeit loosely. There better be some major ground made next year.

Yeah, I'm a pretty streaky shooter myself. Sometimes I go to the park by myself just to practice my jump shot.
 
guys.. what an insane day. graduation was very nice, you wont believe who spoke (hillary clinton!) but as my dad was driving me back some dude-f*cker ran a red light and ran right into us.. the front of my dad's car is gone with some fluid leaking from the right side and the f*cker had the nerve to yell at us and accuse us of speeding when we had the green light! and he ran a red one! im back in our apt but im still so shaken and this was definitely at least an hour ago already...

Did you call the cops? If you get the police report to say exactly that, you shouldn't have to pay for anything since it wasn't your fault.
 
thanks guys.. yeah we are all ok thankfully and the police did come and take all the information.. but what rotten luck!
mr. ar went to a late night bbq at a friend's house and im just stuck here all alone and not quite sure what to do with myself.

I am thinking when med school starts, it'll be breathing, studying, and SDN for me :laugh: So I'll be around hopefully 😉
