Well when I started doing it, I started with 15 sec sprint...minute 45 jog, 15 sec sprint, etc.

Then I slowly progressed from there.

As much as you can stand...you really only need to do this for 10 minutes starting out, so its very doable.

I do a hard sprint for about ten min with a slow 5 min to start and end, so a 20 min run for now. I'm looking forward to extending it.
