:laugh: I tend to be really nice to people. If someone asks me a question I get carried away. Anyway, people at powerlifting gyms usually seem intense, but they are often willing to give you a hand. At those gyms people really feed off each other and improve on their form based on other people's input. When I first started out I used to ask for a spot and get more than I asked for: I got a lot of comments about my form. Lesson of the story is don't be scared to ask.
 
Just driving back to school...stopping by the nike store for some new shoes possibly...then an Intramural basketball game in the afternoon! Did you do IM's this year? We would've rocked the coed division at Berkley 🙂

Not a bad Sunday. I didn't do IM's this semester...I play every night anyway, so there's no point in paying to play 😛

That's true. I like mixing it up for a couple weeks every year though, and you get to play with the same team of friends and develop some chemistry.

Are you any closer to a decision, and therefore tangentially closer to joining our facebook group? 😉

Hehe no, not at all closer. I'm waiting for some post-interview decisions and finaid packages.

I can't believe you haven't heard back from OHSU yet! It's been 7 weeks 😱
 
Haha, good memory! I've been checking my email non-stop for the last few weeks...brings my back to summertime when I would do the same in hopes of landing some interview invites. Ahh nostalgia! But yeah, still crossing my fingers.

I'm gonna have to call it a night. Looks like you're the last woman standing! Nighty night Berk

ps: Oh yeah, and Congrats on 14k !!! At my rate, I'll join you in the 14k club in about 5 years.
