Well this time of year people are pissed off because they don't get in and just say ridiculous stuff. After going through a few cycles on SDN, you get used to it. Usually I just let it go but sometimes you are just like WTF. It will get better once it's august and people start school and start getting interview invites and stuff and are super excited!

Yeah, I wasn't around last April so I guess I'm just surprised is all.

Speaking of which, August needs to get its ass here right now. I dunno if I can take the waiting anymore.

Yeah that last one didn't register. I can recognize that languages are scandinavian but didn't really recognize it as being norwegian or swedish or icelandic.

Its cyclical. This time every year the pre-allo mods have to run around with pins popping egos and boards propping up those that have fallen. Sigh.
 
our neuro prof coldcalls people for the whole class, it's actually pretty fun. Socratic method ftw.

There are so many narcissistic and bitter people around these parts. I like to stay away from those people so that they don't bring me down, but it is hard to do here because they are everywhere.
 
I usually allow myself to skip once per class. we are allowed to miss 2.5, so I'm usually pretty safe missng one - even if I get sick and have to miss again it'll be ok 🙂
 
plus after tonight we only have four class meetings left. I can't miss the final, which leaves three weeks.

I believe I can manage to attend half of a class meeting between now and the final.

sigh.. i should be studying for my economics exam but mr. ar and I made ourselves gin and tonics. lol and new House will beo n soon! 🙂
 
So apparently I started recieving threats on my mdapps from 1100 Santa Monica St., San Antonio, Texas... So I had to take off my mdapps🙁

did you gym it up today olemiss? This summer I am making a southern state swing (unless I win the lotto...then I will be going to England first class...😀 😛). I am going to stop by so we can eat some good ol' southern food and then hit the gym like a mad man and mad woman

Whatever happened to personal responsibility? Instead of figuring out what was wrong with their own application, people blame everyone around them instead.

I haven't hit the gym today. dependent on the time when I get out of school, I may or may not run today.

I applied to alot of schools too!!!
I mean now I would say it was a bad decision for me to do so, but that response is predicated on complete hindsight bias
