I serve an awesome God, so I can always be positive. We are supposed to uplift each other and take care of each other. Plus, I do have a great set of genes!!!! I get it from my momma and daddy! :laugh: Plus I 😍 you LET!

Heh, funny story. I was accepted to USF undergraduate institution in high school without even applying. It was very strange to get an acceptance to a place I'd never applied.

The letter was along the lines of "Congratulations! You've been accepted. Please send us your personal information and we'll book you a spot."

Very, very odd.

I think maybe if they don't report a "earliest notification date" the MSAR just assumes 10/15.

Hmm...that must be it. Thanks for clarifying.

But you know, UMiami reported a date of October 28th and they told us verbally they'd let us know before then (tomorrow or the day after).

Haha.. I got accepted without applying to the University of Arkansas, and they offered me a scholarship and a free computer... 😕

And BD, Thanks for the blessings!!! Your optimism means so much, and you are going to get amazing things coming your way 🙂

And I don't rightly know if I'm waiting on any.. I have three schools that should notify me 10/15 but 2 are central time zone (meaning one more hour) and one is doesn't have a status page, so will probably be during business hours.

It's tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime Michiganders! (And yes, that IS what someone from Michigan is called, you know. The buckeyes, the Hoosiers, and .... the michiganders. The creativity overfloweth)

House of God is pretty good. You may not like it on its own, but it is basically the basis of about 50% of all inside jokes in medicine (as cited to me by a doc I know [could be hyperbole]).

Very true. Bummer. Looks like only one UMich acceptance? One of my schools changed my status page to say "Admissions Committee Review Complete" at midnight. That's climactic.

Well, it was more or less about crossing that barrier for me. Kinda like New Year's Day.


There does seem to be one person in the "Acceptance" thread that got some good news...

I just figured midnight tonight was more akin to New Year's Day than it was to Christmas. There was no guarantee of presants, but it was a change of some kind and drinking was allowed. :hardy:
