Yo Pianola...you should get some syntha-6 protein...it tastes sooooooooooooo good!

much better for you than any comfort food...still have good amt of fat in it per serving (6g...2 of which are saturated), but it is goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood!!!!

Just don't go over say 3 scoops per day, cuz each scoop = 20% cholesterol

See, I am a guy, so it goes straight to my belly... and it gets noticeable....😱

I had a carrot with olive oil and oregano instead.

I don't know how protein powders? shakes? etc. make me feel. I eat a ton of protein as it is. Probably too much.
 
I gained 3.5 lbs from thursday to sunday. Thats what I get for drinking everynight and not working out.
 
Hey if a school tells me I should be taking out nearly $37K in unsub stafford loans (on top of the 8.5K of sub loans)...is that ok?

I mean I thought the limit was $32K (?)

my bmi is 23.8, but I'm actually going for a 24.6. I'm gaining about a lb every week. Was 150 after mcw interview in dec, I'm 174 now.

It just is...the BMI scale is only really applicable over a certain height range.

Like Vadd0 with his 195 BMI might be considered "overweight" but in reality 195 is skinny as hell (I know cause my ex was 190). Yeah my ex also had this really annoying habit of saying "I'm fat". Wanted to murder him after a while.

women have a lot of stamina. I recall berk mentioning playing basketball for 6 hours or something, at a time. Their 50% max strength time are a lot longer than men, we did a test of this in physio lab.

That's what I thought as well.

Its average weight. Im 25.1..so im overweight.

Yeah, I'm a weensy bit >25 on my BMI, which means ideally I should be 5-10 pounds lighter.

24 is the upper limit of "normal".

>30 = obese

<18 or 18.5 or so is underweight.

Those are the technical definitions, though.
