I can't decide whether to cancel my Albany interview next week or not...

I don't really know much about the school, but keep hearing negative things. What do you guys think? With a VCU acceptance in hand, what would you do?

cancel...ive canceled like 5 interviews, and i dont even have an IS acceptance..im just sick of interviewing.

I kind of wanna cancel Penn State, because I do not want to miss too much class, but they were so nice, so I feel bad... and I am also going broke... I have heard good things about them, but getting in post interview is not too high...

By the way Chad, with VCU in hand, I would cancel Albany. IMHO though...

Congrats on VCU! And I would cancel Albany if I was you. It doesn't sound like it is a priority over VCU in your mind. This way you get to spend less time/money on travel, and maybe someone who is really excited about Albany will be given your interview spot instead.

I basically said that I appreciate the invite and since I have been accepted to one of my top choices I have decided to withdraw my application from further consideration and will not be attending my previously scheduled interview.

I sent an email... I actually feel kinda bad about it and I don't think I would be able to call.

No, I have no idea what happened! UMiami said they'd let us know today (acceptance, waitlist, or rejection)...I'm kind of debating calling tomorrow.

I gotta say, I'm kinda glad about the way my decisions are spaced out. I got Vandy yesterday (omg still insanely exciting!!! Aaaaaaahhhhh), and I'm supposed to hear from UCSD as early as next week if all goes well, Sinai in November, NYMC in December, and Duke in Feb/March. So hopefully I'll have a decision to freak out about/ look forward to almost every month or so. Although of course at least one of them will be a rejection and at least one of them will be a waitlist, so there may be more waiting in store...

Oh absolutely, I'm way more excited than worried, I'm just musing. The waiting will never be over. As it is, I spent too much time today online looking at pictures of the school and curriculum stuff. Yaaaay! But still. Waiting. No fun.

And woohooo gradu8! That's the perfect, most ideal position to be in. That's not weird, it's lucky, and wonderful!
