wow i missed quite a bit here. berk, congrats!!! haha you must be so excited and im surprised you arent celebrating... lol ive started right after my midterm on thurs lol and will be continuing tonight too... whee!!! im so proud of and happy for everyone! we are all going to outstanding doctors. and for those still wiating, your chance is coming!! soon, very very soon!

Ouch. I am just dangerously behind in all of my classes. Yay for having to read 300 pages on Neoclassical Art History, 7 Chapters of Human Genetics, 1.5 Chapters of Turkish, and start on my Art History Research Paper, Read 5 Articles for Research, while preparing for my LA interview this Tuesday!
I am gonna get off SDN for a while... Good luck and Congrats everyone!

Anyway, VCU gave me an invite, but the only dates left are February and March! Chad, can you please go to the adcom and yell at them and make them open up more dates for December?😀

The post said "congrats to 1013" when its 2013. Pianola was joking that 1013 is so long ago that, over geological time, they'd probably be sitting under quite a layer of earth 😀

Congrats on the invite! I have to stop by next week to drop off my paperwork (the paperwork never ends in this crazy process) to accept my seat - maybe I can politely ask them what they are thinking inviting so many people so early on in the season!

Thanks, That would be nice, but I picked 2/4 cuz my sister will not have exams that week, and then she can show me around Richmond and stuff. I cannot wait!
 
Crap. I just found out that one of our male cast members in the show decided to walk out on us. He quit without giving any notice. So now we don't have any room for error - if any of the guys in the show get injured or sick, we will have to start cancelling shows. And before, we had a rotation schedule so that each person could "swing out" once a weekend - well not any more! We all have to perform every show until the end of the run!

Ugh! How inconsiderate!!!

Well, considering you have 11 shows on the weekend, that is tough and hard, not to mention unprofessional... Do you know why he quit?

He told our stage manager that it was because it was too much to do on top of school... but the entire cast knows the real reason. He likes to party on the weekend, and because we have to be at the park from 5 pm to midnight on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, his available time to party was diminished. He used to come into 9 am rehearsals telling us how he'd been out until 6 am the night before at random parties.

Even though it is a bit exhausting, it's actually a really fun thing to do, and the pay isn't half bad either.
