Both are on the Upper East side, but Mt. Sinai is closer to Harlem, while Cornell is in the area traditionally known as Upper East Side of Manhattan.

But Mt. Sinai is on Museum Mile in Central Park😍😍😍

Both Cornell and Mount Sinai are on the Upper East Side. However, Mount Sinai is so upper that it's practically in Spanish Harlem and so the surroundings are not as pretentious as you might expect.
