I always have crazy dreams when I can remember them. I have a HUGE fear of the ocean & sharks & WHALES (terrified of whales) so my dreams usually include a whale attacking me or something

Yeah it's rough here on the dirty suburban streets of Connecticut as well. Well I'm off to the library to read a few books. I'll be back on later! 🙂

I know! It's a rough existence. I only grew up with a two door garage not the fancy three door like everybody else. But I think it has made me a stronger person ya kno 😉

Hehe...I've never seen a three-door garage before. 😱 Of course, there are a lot of things I'd never even heard of until my sister went to NYC.

Not much going on. Should study for biochemistry and prepare for the MCAT course I'm teaching. I'm feeling a little unmotivated, though 😳.

Morning everybody. Just got home from the gym and I am about to go teach my little kids. I do this thing called Saturday Science Academy at Drew. it is a lot of fun. I teach 7th graders.

So I was reading headlines on Aol.com just now and researchers are predicting by 2030 86% of US adults will be overweight and 51% will be obese😱

51% thats just ridiculous.

I was already obese as a child and teenager... I will do everything in my power not to let myself reach that point again.

Its really not that hard despite what people claim to stay a healthy weight....just cut out the pizza, hamburgers, fried chicken, Soda, etc. and then find something physical you enjoy doing......

Thats usually enough for most people.

I still eat pizza, hamburgers, fried chicken, and I do not gain weight.

its funny you say that, I was just thinking about it the other day and out of all the people I met and saw on my interviews, there were very few overweight and obese people...like less than 10% I would say.

Meh... it is getting kind of repetitive, but eh, it beats studying for that hour on Thursday nights/ Friday Mornings depending on if you have a TV or not...😀
