hey i admire you! i too would like to lose weight and control eating. but i have a difficult time. i used to play lots of sport before college and didn't need to think about eating. now i eat less but still i probably eat more than i need to. i work out usually 5/6 times a week, but still ... would be nice to lose like 10 lbs
