I just checked my status page for vermont...rejected.
My first one. It was in my top 5 when I started this process so it's kind of a bummer.
Can't really complain though, just gotta be happy for what I'm lucky enough to have!

lol do you guys ever like fear for your life a little bit? sometimes when I drive I lament about how sad that would be if I died prematurely in an accident...I was gonna be a doctor! do big things! contribute to a better world! no? maybe I'm weird 😛

I think about that all the time! Only the good die young... I feel like I would make a great lifetime movie if I suddenly died.

f' snow tires try I need a new car. I don't know why someone didn't slap me when I bought a convertible :meanie:

That makes me feel a little better, because sometimes I wonder what's wrong with the thoughts in my head haha.

That's hilarious you drive a convertible. I bet you are lookin flyyy drivin around with the top down in the summatime though!

I have so many funny stories from this damn convertible. I love her tho.

Here's one: so its the summer before college, my car is fairly new & me and my girls are looking fly. We are driving to a friends house where cute boys are playing football outside so we decide to be ballers and roll up all cool. So we have the sunglasses on & the music playing and we are smiling BAM car is nose down in a ditch. Apparently this person has a big HOLE in front of their house and I didn't see it so those same guys were laughing at me while they tried to get my baby out of the ditch. 😀

Yeah I know! 🙂 Work had me really busy for a while...one of the postdocs in our lab had a baby, so I had to do all of her work for a while.

So does do any of you guys know for sure where you'll be next year??

Try 17ºF and "feels like 6º" with a forecasted overnight low of 12º. Which is actually not as bad as tomorrow, which will have a high of 21º and a low of actual-6º.

And if any of you are considering schools in the DC area (BD2B, et al), don't worry! This is completely unusual!
