About to take 50mgs of benadryl and head to bed. Sometimes it helps my fever blisters, and either way it'll help me sleep (since I slept in so late this mornin)

Hey guys, looks like I missed the live blogging during the Super Bowl. Talk about an INSANE game. We were going nuts and possibly frightening the neighbors in the process. 😛

As much as people rag on the Super Bowl, there have been a ton of interesting games in the past 10 years (this one, Giants-Patriots, Titans-Rams, Panthers-Patriots, Rams-Patriots). Personally, I think this one was a better game overall than last year (maybe because my expectations were so low going in?)

For commercials, I think my favorite one was the Bridgestone one where the astronauts get their spaceship stripped and put on blocks 🤣The Bud Light one where they threw the guy out the window was decent too. Overall, not a great crop though 🙁

And the Office had one of the funniest cold opens I think I've ever seen. What a great 5 hours of television...

That Bridgestone commercial was awesome! Props to Coke, too!

that was hardly one of the best. It actually wasnt even that good at all (i chuckled maybe). The coke one with the insects stealing the coke was pretty bad ass. I'm glad that I finally what those stupid G commercials are all about. Go Daddy oficially puts out the worst commercials every single year. Bud light is just annoying with their "drinkability" thing. Their beer tastes like ****. I liked the one with palomalo (spelling?) where they redid the mean jo green coke commercial....that was good, but you have to know the reference they are making or its not that good of a commerical. See here. Pepsi had a few funny ones ... The one for career builder.com was pretty funny. Do you dream of punching of cute animals in teh face? hahaha....There were other good ones as well.

edit: e trade also had a good one. oh and the pepsi "forever young" one was really cool too.

Drinkability is so freaking stupid. I feel you on that. I wish all the cheap beers would stop pretending they taste delicious. They don't. That's why they charge 10 bucks for an 18 pack while my favorite ale goes for 8 bucks a sixer.

It was a great game but the ending left me with an empty feeling inside. 🙁
How can you not review that, it's the most important play of the year! At the very least, it was not an obvious fumble.

I agree that it should have been reviewed, but I don't think that the ruling on the field would have been overturned. It looked to me to be a fumble although I can definitely see how others would consider it an incomplete.

Yeah, I'm not sure because it looked awfully ambiguous. No one is making a big deal about it though so 😕

Oh yeah, I forgot about that one. Punching the glasses-wearing koala made that commercial though. Also, I laughed at the Doritos crystal ball one 😛

If the fumble were overturned, they would have had 1 final play from the Pittsburgh 45. How often do Hail Mary's end up succeeding? It probably wouldn't have changed the outcome at all. And when I saw the replay, I thought it was pretty obvious that it was a fumble.

Have you thought that for the 2010 New Years, you will be in Medical School. It still has not fully settled in my mind that I am going to be going to medical school in six months. SIX MONTHS. That's like a day in premed years.

I wish I weren't at work today. Didn't get a ton of sleep last night 🙁

I'm pretty excited to get started with med school. I'm kinda counting down the days at this point.
 
I feel like I am fun camp with the research I am doing. I decided to make a new experiment completely and this is what the reaction looks like right now
