ummmm...yes and no, kind of depends on the situation....for the most part no, unless It was a meniscal tear (which puts you at a much higher risk for arthritis and a future total knee replacement)...atleast from my limited understanding.

First of all, I apologize for thinking you were a dude. I can't keep track of which FB profile goes with which SDN screen name (except for the obvious ones).

Secondly, I'm totally used to people calling me Chad online. It's happened at every single forum I've ever been a member of and I don't mind it at all. I feel like it almost gives me a bit more anonymity (despite the fact that I don't really try to hide my identity at all). 😉

I finished my need access a week or two ago, and it was loooooong. But unless you're rich, a lot of the fields will be 0s.

Also, I cycled for 30 minutes earlier.

I've personally found that the more money schools are willing to give, the more they want to know (at least for undergrad), so I guess I shouldn't complain. But some of the questions are just ridiculous, like listing and describing all cars/bikes/boats and valuing all those assets in foreign countries Cuz I got soooo many summer homes in France. But even if you're not rich it can get complicated....I mean, everyone has medical/dental expenses 🙁

I will not give in...

By bikes I mean like motorbikes. It seems lame, but if a person has extra cars or yachts that are worth something, then those are things that could be sold to fund their education. For most people it won't make a difference, but some people are holding on to some REALLY valuable vehicles. Ditto with the multiple homes thing. The financial aid game all works out though so that it's always better to have assets than to have no assets.

I've never actually filed for fin aid, but the more I hear about it the more goofy the whole thing sounds. Guess I'll find out soon I'm gonna get on the FAFSA this month sometime.
