Class of 2013!!!

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Morning all! Today my mission is to learn how organic peanut butter is made. 👍

BTW, I think that class of 2013 fb group idea was fantastic! Isn't it cool to think that we're gonna know doctors all around the United States in a few years? I mean, how totally awesome. What a network we'll have!

morning pianola! yeah the fb idea was pretty sweet. you should tell us how to make it after you learn!

you should tell us how to make it after you learn!

I think it's not that complicated, really, but I'm learning more on the scale of a manufacturing plant. I'm not sure it's something you can really do at home, though, cause it seems like you need to heat the peanuts to very high temperatures.

How're things going with you, blues?

Nice! I wish my friends would come visit me. I'm a little far from California, unfortunately.

I think the countdown for me will start when I figure out where I'm going.

I'm like Chad --> :scared: <-- This is how I feel about March coming up.

OK, on that note, I think I'll be leaving for classes right about now.

So I made some stock solutions of rose bengal and neutral red, and I believe they were the most colorful solutions I have ever seen. Such beauty.

Now use them to accent your lab coat!👍

I don't have one ... 🙁

Aww, not even a disposable one?🙁

Oh crap, I accidentally slept in and JUST woke up. Oh well, as long as I'm at work by 1 and get 1 participant this afternoon I'll be good. :xf: And I can stay late to make up for lost time.

Last interview today: MCV!

Woo hoo! Tell us how it goes! Maybe I'll see you around!

I hate being so tall because my sweaters rarely fit. 🙁

I know exactly what you mean! It sucks because I am skinny so I usually have to get my sweaters in a medium if I want them to fit more snugly, but my sleeve length is 36" and they're never long enough. 😡

Have you tried sweaters from Gap or American Eagle? They have some tall sizes in their online store.

I do not like buying expensive clothes 🙁

Patchwork PPE!😀

Yeah, for some reason that website thinks that Columbus is in its own timezone which is somehow immeasurably different from the rest of the areas in eastern standard time....

(It was the first city that popped up in the list that I knew was EST)

hmm I should probably be getting ready to go to the gym right now... the laziness has its grip on me!

That's the ONLY good part about applying to med school and preparing for interviews. I was motivated to get in shape.

That's pretty much why I still bother to workout even though I'm done with interviews. 50% of the reason is wanting to have nice chestplates to go along with my 6pack, and the other 50% is wanting to be fit enough for surgery and have higher metabolism so I don't get fat easily in med school. Now lets see if my hands will make the cut for surgery 🙁
