Every post that is = N*50+1 where N >= 0 is on the top of a new page... Hence "Top". It's like saying "First" on other websites.
 
It's getting to be about that time of the day when I feel like banging my head against the wall.

10 pages; 3/5s of the way through. I can be done before 3pm!

I need some shemarty organizing skills, I think 😛.

Hoping for a quiet day here. All the recruiters are out today, so it's me and the rest of the clerical staff... These days can be relaxing or hell, dependent on the phone and other various issues...

YAY for final nights of class w/out finals! 👍
 
i have class til noon. running some errands. then hitting the books for my two midterms tomorrrow and wednesday, then going to the gym, then watching a movie with friends probably my left foot

I've always wanted to watch that but never got around to it. Sounds like Day-Lewis is awesome in it though, as per usual.

yeah, i've seen it before, i just am watching it with my friends coz they haven't seen it before. he is sooo good. he's one of my favourite actors

why thank you. I didn't realize how huge a 2000 piece puzzle was until I took on this massive beast. My next puzzle is only 1000 so hopefully it won't take me forever.

I just realized that I forgot to turn in a paper for one of my classes since I was away during interviews... and what is worse is that I have not written said paper yet.... Oh well, it is only a 1 page draft of my 20 page research paper... at least my topic is interesting... it is about Doctors and their portrayal in art...

Anyone have any more ideas about what to focus on... I am using Charles Bragg(Satire about Doctors now), Thomas Eakins(Gross Clinic etc), Honore Daumier (satire about Doctors in France), and also The Simpsons (with Dr. Nick and Dr. Hibbert:laugh:)

That is an interesting topic. So are you focusing on different archetypes for doctors in art/media? What about doctors with a God complex (e.g. Dr. Jed Hill in the movie Malice?)

Lol, nicely done Chad. I'm glad she won, but I didn't agree with some of the other winners. I thought the Raconteurs should have won Best Rock Album over Coldplay and Paper Planes should have won Best Record over Please Read The Letter. At least Radiohead won Best Alternative Music Album.

Hey guys I had meant to withdraw from a couple of schools, but it kind of slipped my mind. Since Friday I have gotten invites from two of the schools I was going to withdraw from. How can I politely let them know that I want to withdraw?

I sent an email response to the interview request, telling them that I was sorry but had already made a final decision and would continue to look at their school for residency/fellowship possibilities (if that's true)

Then go through the official withdrawal process, if there is one, for the school.

Sigh, that is good because I would feel even worse if I had to call them to tell them I was withdrawing.

Honestly, although mine was an AWESOME school, I didn't feel bad at all.

I was complete at all schools within a week (early August). I had an interview at my top choice on 9/11 and was accepted early Oct 16th. The cycle ended there for me.

I really just wanted to see if I could get interviews anywhere else... What I've gotten was beyond my wildest dreams.
