oh gosh, another one of those ...

vadd, please post all your statistics including IQ, sat score and mcat socre

yeah i think it's wrong. and i find sushi must more tasty in japan ... weird. do you go to sushi bars, coz thats where you get good sushi

i knowLOL we can laugh at aussies now. hehe. nz is greater than australia. proven!

This sentiment holds true to most people I know... I think so too...

By the way, do you prefer the North Island or the South Island?

I pretty much mostly just eat raw fish with only soy sauce, so I guess I'm more concerned about the quality of the fish than anything else, as far as the cooked food, I just found it relatively bland, but then again I'm partial to thai/malaysian/indonesian food. I find Chinese food to be even less appealing which is of great amusement to my family.

If you want spicy, try South Indian curries... err... the ones without the coconut milk...

yeah indian food can be very spicy. I like it a lot, although it's a bit too heavy at times. That indian/fusion place in Irvine is pretty decent.

If Indian people are so low, why is it that there are so many freaking Indian doctors everywhere and making it harder for us to get into med school😕
cos the map is wrong ...
I r also dum.
haha nice one
I didn't particularly like the texture. Most things that are considered delicacies in Japan I've found bland, as I mentioned before, from masutake to fugu...
you ate fugu! wow. weird japanese food is supposed to be light and yet very intensely flavored ... sukiyaki, teppanyaki are a few.
I am sorry if I seem sexist or offensive but I get weirded out by girls who are taller than me😳
it's okay, i like guys who are taller than me
Oh, like 5280 isn't a perfectly memorable number.:meanie:

Yeah, I want to! I just need: a) passport, b) airfare, and c) time. Maybe next summer!👍😀

I certainly wouldn't be short there.
HAHA SERIOUSLY

You should be proud! I wonder how that data was gathered, though. I also feel sorry for Botswana.😳

Travel sized is good 🙂🙂
👍

HAHA SERIOUSLY

Yeah, fugu is underwhelming, it tastes like halibut but not as good.

I'm not saying it isn't good, it's just not my favorite, it tastes relatively bland like comfort food that I'm used to, which isn't a bad thing, just not my favorite.

Wait, seriously? Wow, so a 44 is possible?

yeah, you can theoretically get a 45 with the new scoring system now, there are a lot of people with 15s in two sections, just kinda hard to get it in all three I guess, but I'm sure someone's done it (even if it hasn't been lauded on SDN). 44T is pretty good though... lol

really, everyone i talk to here like australia more. i love living in auckland which is in the north island. but i love outdoorsy stuff, camping, hiking, abseiling, whitewater rafting, kayaking, whatever is definitely better in the south island. so i 😍 all of new zealand

oh yeah i guess then jap food is considered bland. i think it's more a delicate taste that only some people like. wait are you chinese?
some d-bag during my cycle brought his MCAT score report to his interview day to show ppl.
drizz, you didn't do that ... i laminated mine
If you want spicy, try South Indian curries... err... the ones without the coconut milk...
i love indian food!

5'5 here. Looks like I'm doing ok.

I think men around 5'10 are the best 😀😀 Did I mention I'm biased?

To be honest, I've found Japanese food in Japan to be more bland than it is in the US.

That's what one of my friends from Japan says. He says that the fish in the US is better quality. Don't know if he's right or not, as I've never been.

NZ is cool, I wish I'd spent more time there.

yes

drizz, you didn't do that ... i laminated mine

I framed mine and got it autographed by the AAMC head.

Meh... I usually do not go out to eat Indian food, since my mom can make almost any dish, so I usually try to eat other ethnic foods...

Lately I want sushi and Turkish food... MMM... Doner...

Thanks... kind of... it is a last ditch attempt to stay in Cali, cuz if I get into either then it is true, I would drop all of my other acceptances, but if I get into both, which is somewhere inbetween impossible and in no way possible, then I would have to drop one of the them...
You could word it to be like "I have been fortunate to receive many acceptances this application cyle, but I would choose UCX over all of them. It has been a dream of mine for a long time to attend UCX because of blah blah blah"

He's probably overcompensating for other...deficiencies...
HAHAHAHHA

wait but bland doesn't = freshness.
personally, nz fish is the freshest. the fishermen fish early as soon as daylight has broken, which is pretty early for much of south island and ship it the same day to auckland so we get our fish daily from the north and south island

someone on SDN got a 43 (but 45 by columbia's scale), it was same test day as me so that's how I know.

Maybe it's because my test day was unusual in that it was extremely difficult depth-wise in physics/bio, and relatively easy in gen/ochem, so someone with extensive knowledge in physics/bio should of done very well that day. Verbal killed me though, only got a 10.

I can't handle spicy food, so Indian is usually a non-option for me.

Now you're making me crave lamb, funky.

Wow, this is perfect! Thank you so much scarlett... and yes I completely agree about what you posted a while back, you only post when there is something of worth, and this is gold. Thanks!

If you were 5'7, would you think 6'0 would be best?😉

you should totally go when .... when... you have the time.
darn, you win!

i wish i could make indian food, it is one cuisine that is very hard to replicate. what is turkish food like?
People still laminate things these days?
sigh aznboy, you are very behind the ball

Later blues. Anyone else notice that we breezed right through page 437 in about 15 minutes?

drizz gonna get top again prolly

omg SDN2013 just got his/her 3rd legit top !!!

Columbia's scale rocks! Made me join the 40+ club 😀 I probably could have done better on the MCAT if i'd taken all the prereqs before I took it!

It is like a combination of Greek, Persian and middle eastern cuisine...
Oh and in terms of replicating, I cannot cook Indian food either... infact I can barely cook...

Turkish food is the best in Europe (actually not in Turkey, but by expat turks in other countries with better ingredients)

The best sushi place in the greater LA area I think is in Orange County also... although there is a gem in westwood also.

If you were 5'7, would you think 6'0 would be best?😉

basicallly!! I alwyays thought I was 5'7 but i was just in denial because i think im actually 5'6. but anyways, mr. ar is 6'1 so its perfect 🙂 i fit right under his shoulder without heels

also, im in class right now on my mini asus and i think im going to pass/fail this class so im totally not paying attention after my obligatory comment or two.

btw, I LOVE INDIAN FOOD lol if only it were so fatty.

oh, btw i just started this interesting diet that is all natural and russian and tasty, it just limits calories but you dont feel hunger:
http://www.leovit.net/brand4.html
i got the vegetarian one from russiantable.com 🙂
