wow you lift for 1 hour each time and only three times a week. i don't really know much but i thought people usually do 30-45 mins sessions but many sessions throughout the week, like 5. i actually don't know much about lifting ... this is my amateurish knowledge coming out
My friend is a Personal Trainer that does High Intensity Training. Each session messes you up so badly, you only workout like once every 1.5 weeks. Almost a guaranteed vomit though.

I do a three day a week schedule that i need to get back to.... (4-6 days of Cardio though...when I am a good boy)
