Chest and tri day....and also the last day of this combination. I am getting ready to switch up my workout routine

Last night I dreamt I was at a SDN party for BD! Champagne bottles were popping, confetti was flying, and DRlyss and BD's wife were giving each other the evil eye.......until BD came into the scene with olemiss, pianola, chad, and Myuu....It was a surprise party and they all took him out to dinner.

For some reason BD's wife opted not to go on the celebration dinner just to set up and I guess to give Lyss the stink eye before she had to be nice...LOL.
