This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
No idea. Nothing comes to mind...

Why do you ask?

I was reading those questions to ponder...

What am I doing... Why am I thinking during Spring Break...

I am gonna go play video games...

Bye for now...

Good! I stayed at home today because of a club meeting which just got canceled...now I'm angry. But other than that, good!
Ouch, that sucks... where would you have gone...
How are you, funkster?
I think the not sleeping has made me sick... which is bad... what am I gonna do during med school?
funketymonkety <--that's a good nickname. I'm going to use that from now on.
I like it👍😀

Sacramento to see a friend.

I know what you mean. I doubt we'll get that much sleep in med school 👎
I like it👍😀
Yep...but it's too long. Can nicknames be longer than the real name?

My theory is that schools that do that basically give 100% loans. Otherwise it is definitely not to their advantage. If any school tried to pull that on me I would drop it so fast.
I heard they give out scholarships...atleast thats what current and previous students told me. Although im not really expecting much as far as scholarships from any of my schools.

Drizz what if your school doesnt start with anatomy...mine starts with a block called molecules to cells...so I would guess biochemistry, cell/molec bio and the such. Anatomy, radiology, and stuff is second block.

According to most med students I've talked to, the volume of anatomy is just so great compared to the other stuff - and usually, anatomy is worth the most clock hours (towards your gpa), so it's kinda the most "bang for the buck" study wise.

But drizz is the expert here...

my school didn't start with anatomy either. I would still study anatomy, because it's useful for almost every other subject to understanding what's going on. To be honest, studying physiology etc, isn't quite as useful IMO because med school is really clinically oriented and they're going to teach you very specific things you need to know that are clinically significant as opposed to everything in given physiological systems. If you want to study physio before school starts, use the BRS Physiology book by Costanzo and the Physiology text that goes with it, those two would be good. Cell Biology/Histology isn't a bad thing to study either. Being able to recognize tissues by looking at the slides is REALLY useful.

This is such a boring day! Why?!?

Here look at this.
