my plans are pretty well laid-out, by the avatar, sn, sdn and facebook groups I'm a part of, and any of my friends or family

Me and my best friend have been throwing around the idea of opening a practice. She's ROTCing right now for her BSN but will hopefully be getting her DNP. She has a friend that is a PA. Coupled with my roommate who is a PharmD candidate we got it all. I can do a PC residency. Coupled with the midlevels and an in-house pharmacist, I'm all set. I even have a secretary lined up and a probable nurse anesthetist if I do a more invasive specialty.

I would LOVE to go into practice with the neonatology group here. They told me to keep in touch and the practice owner said he'd hire me when I was ready... they will be ready to retire or slow down and need some replacements 👍

I was in shock when the neo docs tentatively offered me a position. They were extremely impressed while I was shadowing.... but I was just doing my job (and falling in love with the babies in the meantime). I still can't believe that... but I certainly intend to stay in touch with Dr. W until I'm a BE/BC neonatologist 😉
