Haha, he just needs to suck it up and figure out if he's really going to have to pay for a new car or not. Right now he knows there's something wrong with the transmission, but he isn't sure what and he's been unwilling to have someone figure out exactly how much it would cost to fixt it. (The car itself is worth less than $1000, I'm reasonably sure).

Don't eat finger foods with cayenne peppers and then try to put in your contacts.

NOPE. I wouldn't. I have a map of our state behind my desk, with each recruiter's area highlighted a certain color. I gave her a prospect yesterday that she SWORE the area belonged to someone else... but I'm not color blind (and even if I was - peach & white ARE NOT the same thing).

She realized this morning that she *gasp* had ANOTHER student prospect from the same school. Oh how can that BE?!

My pre-approval paperwork came back from the apartment complex.

I have a home! 😍

It will be mine for either June or July 1st. Hoping for July, but I guess moving early wouldn't be all that bad either..
