Well... there goes my dreams of getting Summa:cry:

I got an A- 🙁in an Art History Class that I did not even need to take, but wanted to take...😳 I guess it serves me right for writing a research paper the night before it is due...:smack:

Oh well, graduating with Magna is not that bad... right?

And on the bright side, I would have to take an extra class in order to graduate with Summa if I got a 4.0 this quarter... so yay for less classes...And I also got two A+s... so it is not that bad...

I didn't mind working with rats, but they didn't like the outcome too particularly much 🙁

Yeah that was my first thought. I know this makes me far too selfish to go to medical school but, honestly, I'd be kind of pissed if Mr. Nola drove up in a car, put two other people in it, and left us to a certain death.

Nah not yet. Thus far they haven't contacted me on the dates posted in the thread. So I'm really not expecting to hear.

My professor is trying to get me to compete in the slam dunk contest and even offered me extra credit.

It sucks im retired.

Yeah, I understand the frustration. I still don't think they will have any trouble filling the class. The "Free" part would kind of negate the waiting, but that's just me..

Hey, this is a question for Bacchus and riceman (or any other Philly residents).

My friends and I are planning a day trip there in the next few weeks and we're looking for a list of things to do, places to see, etc. It was originally gonna be the 11th but I just saw that Kings of Leon are playing at the Wachovia Center on the 25th, so we might go then.

Any suggestions/ideas would be appreciated!

P.S. Geno's/Pat's/other cheesesteak place?

I had a hard time getting up too, which is why I am glad I have a flexible research job. 🙂 It's so hard to drag yourself out of bed when it's all rainy outside!

Flexible jobs are the best, that's why I'm self employeed. I would probably die if I had a hard deadline to regularly show up for stuff.

I'm pretty sure there are deadlines as far as when you need to show up at the hospital :meanie:
 
But seriously that will probably be the biggest adaption for me. Showing up on someone else scheduel and having to take tons of crap from people.🙁🙁 Hopefully it will be worth it.

I have a flexible schedule. However, I don't know if that is a good or a bad thing. I feel like I subconsciously decided not to get up on occasion, and then have to scramble to make up for lost time.

Mom has tons of sapphire stones, so I borrow them a lot and try my hardest to not get peridot jewelry. I have one grandmother that buys it 🙄

I was shorter. Imagine that (says the one that this .5" from being a "little person")

There goes mine 😕. In order to get summa I must get a 4.0 this semester, but I've been slacking way too much, so I doubt that will happen.
