Hello Lyss!




So I had a nice 3 mile jog/ nature run....

I saw squirrels (which I mistook initially for a rat, thanks to our previous conversation), ground squirrels, crows, lizards, black beetles, goldfinches, bluebirds, sparrows, hummingbirds, either a rail or a wren (I cannot tell the difference😳) mourning doves, some sort of a finch, butterflies and gnats...

Spring is truly in the air, since I saw birds with grasses in their beaks probably to make nests... And also I forgot that I was allergic to spring :cry: Thankfully there were not too many flowers... only roses, jasmines, morning glories, and mustard flowers...

Oh and the trail I normally run on winds through this pick your own garden, and they are growing cabbages right now... let me tell you... if you leave cabbages in the sun, they will smell...bad...:d

I'm not a big practical jokester. The good ones require too much planning and I'm too lazy for that 😛
 
Freshman year the housing board sent out an email telling all dorm residents to disembowel their speakers.:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:👍

Oh man...I'm gonna be near your parents neighborhood on Sunday...me, my brother, and the rents are going to Mastro's in Newport Beach
 
I just got an email....looks like im in the middle of the waitlist with anywhere bw 20 and 40 ppl above me..so theres gonna have to be crazy waitlist for me to get in.


O well, time to make plans for my state school.

Nice👍 I am going back to LA on Sunday... it is so sad that Spring Break is ending so quickly🙁... it is already Wednesday😱

they only interviewed about 75 OOSers and there were only be 10 oosers in there class so....I would think those in the top 1/3 would all get an offer, but id have to be at the very top of the middle 1/3 to get in, eventhen its a long shot.

So how is it going? It sucks that I had to cancel my Case/CCLCM interview due to insufficient funds, otherwise we were supposed to meet at the interview...

So are you set on Vandy, or are you still waiting on other schools?

I do not understand how you function when you have a headache... whenever I get a headache, I mentally check out of the world and do nothing...

I don't function well with a really bad migraine... but a borderline migraine or sinus or tension headache doesn't slow me down much more than minor annoyance. my thought process may be a little slow.

Good thing, cause I frequent that level headache. Sigh, stress/weather gets me everytime.

Yeah I actually wondered what ever happened to you with that! 🙂 I am still considering a couple of places right now (Vandy, USC, UF, UT Houston). I really want to look at financial aid packages and think over a few other personal factors before I decide. 🙂

I got put on hold / waitlisted at CCLCM...man, what I wouldn't do to get off that waitlist. 🙁 The Cleveland Clinic was absolutely amazing. I loved Case Western, as well (I am on hold there too).

How about you? UTSW for sure? 🙂 (If I recall, you were favoring that school.)

Ouch.. but you have great acceptances👍

Most likely, I will be at UTSW next year, but if UMD or VCU can cough up some good money, I do not mind switching my alliances😉
